How to take correct case notes

When you launch the program, the first thing you see is an empty page for case notes and your remarks. Click on the corresponding line and enter general information on your patient - name, age, address etc. Then, start listening to the patient's story and write down as much information as you find necessary. Answers to your questions that you may wish to ask after the story should also be written down. When you have collected all the information of interest, it's time you start analyzing the case.
