is it important to take case notes?
Case notes are vital for correct analysis and prescription. Very often
we can see a young, inexperienced practitioner who is tempted to omit
case notes. He prefers to look through his repertory while having
a conversation with the patient. This results in breach of principles
of classical homeopathy; in hasty, incorrect prescription; in losing
priceless homeopathic experience. Professional doctors believe that
this approach to case taking is inadmissible. That’s why taking case
notes is very important when it comes to true classical homeopathy and working
with Homeopathy Pro.
