Case notes

This group of case panel sections is used to write down patient story, answers to your questions and other information needed for analysis.

To add any of these sections to Case Notes panel, just click the corresponding toolbar button.

Work with these sections just like you do with any text editor. Just enter the needed text into the needed section.

Use + button to the left of the section header to hide/show its contents.
