you have already received the message with serial number from your
billing company, please wait for 10 minutes. Our
server processes notifications from the billing company once in 10
minutes. Most likely, your payment hasn't been added to our customer
database yet. Try
to activate your copy in 10 minutes. If the problem remains, contact
